About the Role

In this role, you will design and implement LabVantage LIMS solutions leveraging out‑of‑the‑box capabilities to minimize customizations. You will configure modules (e.g., Sample Management, Stability, LES, ELN), develop workflows, business rules, and validation scripts using Java/JavaScript, and drive architecture and integration patterns that align with regulated Life Sciences needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end LabVantage LIMS solution architecture and design
• Configure LabVantage modules (Sample Management, Stability, LES, ELN)
• Develop workflows, business rules, and validation scripts (Java/JavaScript)
• Lead integrations with surrounding enterprise systems
• Promote OOB features to reduce unnecessary customization
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders in Life Sciences

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years overall experience; senior‑level LIMS architecture
• Hands‑on LabVantage configuration and solutioning
• Java and JavaScript for LIMS scripting and rules
• Systems integration experience in regulated environments
• Strong solution design and documentation skills

• SQL
• Module depth in ELN and LES
• Experience with Stability and Sample Management configurations
