About the Job

We are looking for experienced, full-time Front Desk Receptionists to join our fast-paced, multi-specialty medical practice.

Job Summary:

• Patient registration
• Appointment scheduling
• Check-in and Check-out
• Answer phones
• Product/Service sales

Skills:

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently
• Positive outlook and upbeat personality
• Detail-oriented and meticulous
• Ability to multitask

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

Requirements:

• Flexible work schedule, with start times as early as 7:45 AM and end times as late as 6:30 PM, based on coverage needs
• Reliable transportation
• Travel to satellite offices between Ridgefield and Norwalk, CT.

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, with shifts scheduled between 7:45 AM and 6:30 PM
• Work hours vary based on coverage needs
