Job Title: Onsite Technology Lead
Experience: 11–15 Years
Location: USA, Dallas (3 days work from office is mandatory)
Education: BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Onsite Technology Lead with 11–14 years of experience to lead technical delivery and client engagement at the project site. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise across modern technologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide both technical and functional aspects of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary onsite technical lead, interfacing clients on both technical and functional matters.
• Provide solution architecture and suggest technical approaches aligned with business needs.
• Lead and mentor offshore teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and technical standards.
• Coordinate with offshore teams for development, deployment, and issue resolution.
• Own and manage the CI/CD pipeline and release management processes.
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables through code reviews, performance tuning, and best practices.
• Prepare and present technical documentation and status reports to stakeholders.

Technical Skills Required:

• Backend: Java, Spring Boot
• Frontend: Angular, Node.js
• Messaging & Streaming: Apache Kafka, flink
• Cloud: Azure Cloud Services, Azure Communication Services, Azure Kubernetes Services
• DevOps & Infrastructure: DevOps practices, Terraform scripts, Docker, CI/CD pipeline development
• Monitoring & Logging: Dynatrace
• Database: MongoDB
• Process Expertise: Release management, risk management
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving ability, solution-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills

Qualifications:

• Experience in client-facing roles with both technical and functional responsibilities.
• Proven ability to lead and guide offshore teams.
• Certifications in Azure, DevOps, or relevant technologies are a plus.
