Job Title: Program / Agile Manager (Release Train Engineer)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program / Agile Manager with strong Release Train Engineer (RTE) expertise to lead and coordinate Agile Release Trains (ARTs) across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will drive large-scale Agile execution, enable program delivery, and foster continuous improvement within a retail or loyalty-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Release Train Engineer (RTE) facilitating Agile Release Train events including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt sessions.

• Drive program-level execution and ensure alignment across multiple Scrum teams.

• Manage risks, dependencies, and impediments at the program level.

• Collaborate with Product Management, Business Owners, and Technology teams to ensure delivery of business value.

• Track and report on program progress, metrics, and outcomes.

• Coach teams on Agile, Scrum, and SAFe best practices.

• Support continuous improvement and maturity of Agile processes.

• Work closely with stakeholders in retail and/or loyalty domains to ensure customer-focused outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in Agile delivery or program management roles.

• Proven experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) in large-scale Agile/SAFe environments.

• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks including Scrum and SAFe.

• Experience managing multiple cross-functional teams in complex programs.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience in Retail industry and/or Loyalty programs is highly preferred.

• Ability to manage program-level risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
