Program Manager- Future Coffee Systems- Alta Accessories

Client is reimagining single-serve coffee with the revolutionary new client Alta and plastic-free AltaRounds coffees and espressos, due to launch by the end of 2026.
To enhance the system experience, the Future Coffee Systems team is also developing a seamless, premium accessory ecosystem that supports the Alta system launch across U.S. and Canadian markets. This portfolio includes net-new innovation, packaging refresh, new code creation, and gated NPI execution, requiring tight coordination across Product, Brand, Packaging, Procurement, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Commercial teams.
We are seeking a Program Manager to serve as the central execution lead for the Alta accessory portfolio. This role will own day-to-day program governance, NPI gate management, and critical path visibility, ensuring launch readiness, proactive risk management, and disciplined execution to protect timing, quality, and cost.

Responsibilities include:

• Own execution of the Client Alta accessory portfolio across innovation, packaging refresh, code creation, supply chain, and NPI gates
• Manage NPI and stage-gate processes, ensuring cross-functional readiness and timely decision-making
• Build and maintain integrated project plans across multiple SKUs with varying lead times and requirements
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks across product, packaging, code creation, supply chain, and market-specific needs
• Drive alignment across Brand, Product, Packaging, Procurement, Supply Chain, Regulatory, MDM, and Commercial teams
• Lead cross-functional operating cadences, status reviews, and executive updates
• Track milestones, dependencies, and critical path items to prevent rework and launch delays
• Support team with clear execution status, risks, and trade-offs

What you should have:

• Bachelors Degree
• 5-7 years experience managing complex programs and strategic initiatives
• Experience managing the execution of custom tooling
• Prior experience in CPG, h Appliance development a plus
• Experience with Confluence, Jira, MS Office, MS Project, and SmartSheet
