As a Senior Project Manager in the clients T&W team, you will lead Strategic projects with a focus on improving our warehousing and distribution network. You will have the overall responsibility for the success of every project you lead. At KDP we work as a team and you will develop and work with a cross functional team to drive desired results.

What you will do:

  • Drive complex strategic projects to ensure the successful launch of improvements across the Supply Chain with a specific focus on logistics, including transportation, warehousing & DSD operations.
  • Develop Business Cases and present them for project approval.
  • Delivered desired results within budget.
  • Track and report on the financial benefit of your projects.
  • Take full Responsibility and Accountability for the Project.
  • Create comprehensive work breakdown structures to lead the project team to success.
  • Communicate the Project Status Upward and to the Customer (internal or external).
  • Hold regularly scheduled cross functional Project Meetings.
  • Listen to your Customer and your Team for what they need to be successful.
  • Ensure adherence to quality and environmental health and safety standards.
  • Collect Lessons Learned from projects and apply them to new projects.
  • Proactively ensure synchronization of work and manage dependencies across teams to ensure successful implementation of projects.
  • Develop solutions to a variety of complex problems, identify roadblocks, and recommend resolutions.
  • Determine objectives and best approach for projects, including scheduling, resource planning, and coordination of activities.
  • Influence the overall objectives and long-range goals of KDP’s Supply Chain team.
  • Follow all Keurig Dr Pepper policies and procedures
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field, MBA preferred
  • 8+ years of relevant project management experience.
  • PMP certification from PMI highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working with Senior Leaders on strategic level programs required
  • Experience working across multiple geographic and/or functional area teams
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Project
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • 5 years+ supply chain experience and experience with SAP or similar ERP system.
  • Experience in warehousing and / or Transportation preferred
  • Experience with Planview preferred
  • Ability to multi-task in a fluid environment
  • Desire to learn new things

Travel Requirements:

  • Travel up to 30% of the time
